Look into the deep beauty in the daffodil. See its perfection. See the intelligence within its design.
I asked a woman here in Africa, why is conflict escalating? Look at nations promoting agendas across Africa, Eastern Europe, Syria, look at regimes ruthlessly suppressing people, look at warlords feeding hungry teenagers guns rather than food, look at the super-wealthy barricading themselves behind fences in a false sense of security, looking at all these urgencies, what are we missing in our lives?
The woman looks at me and smiles her answer in one word: intelligence!
Even with all our great technological wonders, why are we seemingly unable to connect to that innate intelligence manifesting in the daffodil? Why are we unable to hear the still voice of nature?
Fair daffodil, nothing to be, nothing to behold; is nothing too much for the struggling self?
